Cylinder beads, size 11* in two easily distinguished colors, 4 gr. each (no matte)
Nymo D thread to match the beads
Size 10 beading needles
(2) Bead caps
2 Nailheads (flat-back beads)
Closed ring

All supplies will be available for purchase at the class or students my bring their own.

*Cylinder beads are Miyuki Delicas or Toho Treasures or Aikos.

The Project:

Using cylinder beads and peyote stitch, this pendant is made with four elongated triangles for the sides and a slightly domed square at the bottom. Nailheads (flatback beads) are added to the sides and bottom to embellishments the pendant. Note: Students must know even-count circular peyote stitch with a step-up at the end of each row for this class.
